Refund Policy

Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all our sales are final, no returns are accepted. 

Our own brand glasses Iconicc you can return your order to us up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase price is back in your account within 5 days of receipt of the return shipment.

All the vintage items that we sell, unless stated otherwise are vintage and therefore pre-loved.

Vintage items are sold as seen, and may shown signs of wear - therefore please check the images and item description carefully before making your purchase.

Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing. 

If there is a problem with your purchase, it is crucial that you contact us immediately when you receive your order and we will always try to resolve this. any issues brought to light after 2 working days of delivery, may not be subject to our quality guarantee.
